Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please contact us before sending anything back.

HOW TO START A RETURN Contact us at conexionuk@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos so we can resolve this quickly.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

RETURN POSTAGE Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
