Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
UK Delivery Options:
- UK Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail 48) — 2-3 working days — £3.00 (FREE on orders over £20)
- UK Premium Delivery (Royal Mail 24) — 1-2 working days — £4.50
Please note: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to Ireland, the EU, or internationally at this time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at conexionuk@gmail.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
